Every product Eibach Canada sells is backed by Eibach's manufacturer warranty, including the Million Mile Warranty on Pro-Kit and Sportline springs.

How a warranty claim works

Each warranty follows the manufacturer's terms, which are generally repair or replacement. Northern Performance does not compensate for damage incurred during a product's installation or use and does not reimburse labour or installation fees under any circumstances.

Contact Eibach Canada during store hours for warranty information. We can file the claim on your behalf or give you the manufacturer's contact so you can deal with them directly.

Contacting the manufacturer directly can be faster, since they may ship the replacement straight to you. When Eibach Canada files a claim on your behalf, freight charges are the customer's responsibility.
