Shipping policy

Eibach Canada ships every order from Burlington, Ontario. Prices are in Canadian dollars and there are no customs, duties or brokerage fees.

Canada-wide shipping

Eibach Canada offers free ground shipping within Canada, with a few restrictions:

• Orders under $100.00 carry a flat shipping fee of $9.99. Shipments to NT, NU, YT, parts of Labrador and rural areas our couriers rarely reach may need extra shipping charges.
• Oversized products, such as complete lift kits, coilover sets and leaf springs, may need extra shipping charges.

Oversize or remote shipping costs

If your order needs additional shipping charges, Eibach Canada contacts you by phone or email for your confirmation of the extra freight, or a full refund, before the order proceeds.

Shipping and delivery times

In-stock items usually ship in 1 to 2 business days (weekends and holidays are not business days). Parts shipped from Eibach's warehouse or built to order show their lead time on the product page. Allow a further 1 to 5 business days after the shipment date for delivery.
